When entering new market places, our preferred strategy is always to enter new markets with the assistance of a local partner. We already have the expertise and technical infrastructure in place for new markets entrance, but from experience we never underestimate the advantages of diversity and local knowledge can bring to our process. In early 2007, we looked to the Polish market as our next site for the development of a regional office. We came across a recently new start up essentially a one man operation who primarily worked in the translation and recruitment sector. This entity began by providing |Dublin with outsource facilities for Polish researchers. One year on, this partner has joined our family and officially become Checkback Poland, whose managing director now holds a substantial share holding of our Polish Operation. Checkback Poland now has a team of 4 full time staff which is set to grow further in 2008. The costs to our new partner were €0, the benefits?
